RegistrationRegistration for Craniofacial Surgery Fellowship Match is open from June until November. Late applicants should take into consideration program deadlines. There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee. Registration fees can be paid by Visa/MasterCard or check (personal, cashier or money order). Once your registration is concluded you will gain access to view the Program Directory and manage your SF Match account. To register, click on the "Login/Register" button on the left-hand side menu . Payments by Check: Please make checks payable to: Craniofacial Fellowship Match and mail it with check coupon to: SF Match After mailing your check payment, login to your account to view payment status. Please note that check payments may take up to 7 business days to be processed.
