About CAS

The Central Application Service distributes applications to residency and fellowship training programs. All you have to do is fill out ONE universal application form, gather ONE copy of each of the appropriate documents, and mail your entire package to CAS. We process, scan, and distribute your applications to each of the programs that you request. There is no separate registration required for CAS.

CAS is available for the following specialties:

Child Neurology and NDD residency
Ophthalmology fellowship (except for Neuro Ophthalmology & Pathology)
Ophthalmology residency
Orthopaedic Trauma fellowship
Plastic Surgery residency
Rhinology fellowship
