CAS FeesAll Ophthalmology subspecialties except for Neuro-Ophthalmology and Pathology accept CAS . Applicants applying to CAS subspecialties are allowed to distribute to 8 programs initially at no additional cost. Supplemental DistributionsSupplemental distributions cost $35 per program. Neuro Ophthalmology and Pathology ProgramsCAS is not available to these subspecialties. Applicants applying to Neuro Ophthalmology and/or Pathology programs must register with the Match and contact programs directly to obtain application forms and procedures.
