Fees

Registration

Registration for the Ophthalmology Fellowship Match begins in June. Late applicants should take into consideration program deadlines and processing time of CAS application. A non-refundable $275 registration fee applies. Once your registration is concluded you will gain access to view the Program Directory and manage your SF Match account.

CAS

Initial distribution for up to 8 programs is free of charge. Supplemental distributions are $35/program. For more information please refer to the CAS Instructions page,

All fees can be paid by Visa/MasterCard or check.

Payments by Check:
Check payments should be made payable to the Ophthalmology Fellowship Match and mailed with check coupon to:

After mailing your check payment, login to your account to view payment status. Please note that check payments may take up to 7 business days to be processed.
