Application to Programs

A Centralized Application Service is available to Rhinology Fellowship applicants at no additional cost.

In order to ensure timely distribution and consideration of all materials applicants are strongly encouraged to submit required information including letters of recommendation, personal statement, and CV no later than February 1, 2009. Applications received after this date may receive lower priority due to limited availability of interview dates.

Step1: Gather the required documents:

• CV
• Personal Statement (no more than 250 words)
• Maximum of three letters of reference

Step2: Download the distribution list and select the programs you wish to apply.

NOTE: International Medical Graduates applying to Rhinology fellowship programs should visit the American Rhinologic Society website at http://www.american-rhinologic.org and download the latest directory for Rhinology Fellowship programs and review eligibility before applying.

Step3: Mail all the above to our office. You must send all documents together in one package.
